Following the tradition of spreading happiness in Christmas, this year CASE team along with residents of Manorbridge are trying to bring smile on the faces of homeless in Brampton by collecting donations of woolen wears.
It’s time to keep Piggy Bank saving account running! CASE conducted information session on financial literacy for students aspirants to post-secondary during the Parents-Students Night Event at Sandalwoods Heights, Brampton.
The students and volunteer who accompanied to seniors’ conference, where they got opportunity for new learning regarding seniors’ matters. The seniors appreciated the support and care by the students and volunteers.
On Tuesday, Nov 5, 2019, CASE seniors were in attendance at the Ontario Premier Society of Senior Citizens Conference held in Toronto. Our Seniors who were from Brampton testified to the fact that it was life transforming for them. They felt the sense of belonging as they explore the array of vendors’ stands flooded with useful resources and information designed for older adults. The key note address, diverse topics of interest to seniors and the questions and answer period were very interactive full of new learned experience to our attendees. We also enjoyed some delicious snacks and lunches, with great networking with seniors from all over. It was a fulfilled journey.
Domino was a hit at our weekly Wednesday Game Day. The participants enjoyed themselves thoroughly and shared some strategies to win over challenging situations.
