The Seniors Connect Program is designed to support and promote the social inclusion and participation of seniors within the community. The program entails activities that help seniors acquire and practice new skills.
The Youth Connect Program aims to foster a supportive, interactive, and inclusive environment for the youth. The program aims to offer opportunities for the youth to build vital leadership and communication skills via numerous interactive programs.
Supportive counseling aims to help people feel understood and supported.
We help you find ways to resolve issues you might be experiencing through Brief Solution-Focused Case Management and Referrals.
Healthy Living addresses the struggle of hundreds of low-income, vulnerable, food-insecure seniors and single parents’ families who don’t have access to healthy food and sufficient nutrition. We aim to support the low-income by delivering healthy fresh food hampers, grocery vouchers and accessing our Seniors Healthy Mini-Foodbank.

CASE Community Services is a Peel Region-based grassroots community organization established in 2005 and incorporated as a registered charity in 2007. We partner with individuals, groups, and agencies to build inclusive stable communities by empowering the marginalized populations to access support and services within their communities to improve their wellbeing.
OUR VISION is to create a future and environment where all individuals can grow without barriers, achieve their dreams, and live a fulfilled life. Our services include interactive educational workshops, skills training, recreational and socio-cultural activities, brief supportive counseling and referrals, donation programs for marginalized groups, non profit poverty alleviation programs such as free tax clinics, free grocery/food vouchers, and mini-healthy food banks.
